Concordia began with an investment. An investment in time, energy, faith and funds made by the Norwegian settlers who founded the college more than 100 years ago. And that investment has paid huge dividends.

We’ve become one of the top 10 liberal arts colleges in the nation in study abroad participation. Our strong academic reputation draws top-notch professors who are award-winning composers, NASA scientists and published experts on world religion. Our graduates have achieved an 88 percent acceptance rate into medical school (in the past 10 years surveyed) and 93 percent get into law school.

But continued success requires further investment and commitment by those who believe in the Concordia mission: to educate and prepare well-rounded global citizens who are guided by sound reasoning and strong values.
