Employment Benefits

Concordia College is proud to offer numerous benefits to its employees, including health, dental, disability and life insurance, a retirement plan, employee assistance program, flexible account spending options and tuition discounts.

Health Insurance is offered through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, with mail-order prescriptions available through PrimeMail Pharmacy. Delta Dental of Minnesota is the dental insurance provider offering additional orthodontic coverage for dependents ages 8-18, with life insurance through The Standard and disability insurance through The Hartford. Concordia offers a matching retirement plan through TIAA-CREF. The college recently partnered with Discovery Benefits of Fargo for health and child care flexible account spending.
